Con el presente auto se corrige en error involuntario en el que se incurrió en la referencia del Auto 2332/23, en sus fundamentos jurídicos 2, 6, 8 y 14 y en sus resolutivos primero y segundo, relacionado con la mención del Juzgado Primero Civil Municipal de Cartago (Valle), en tanto esta autoridad no hizo parte del conflicto entre jurisdicciones sujeto a estudio.
Con base en lo anterior, se indica que en los apartes mencionados se debe tener como autoridad involucrada al Juzgado Primero Civil del Circuito de Cartago (Valle).
